1.) Request for Records of Baptismal, Confirmation and Marriage for those who were baptized, confirmed and married at National Shrine and Parish of St. Michael and The Archangels.
Please supply necessary information to process your request. If you are unable to get your documents in person, send a representative with an AUTHORIZATION LETTER or an AFFIDAVIT with your scanned I.D. This will allow them to get your requested documents.

2.) Application for Sacrament of Confirmation
Confirmation is every Sunday. Use your personal email. Register individually.
Register (5) days before your desired schedule. No advance registration. For those who registered: details and slot number to be sent on Thursday, 3 days before your schedule (late afternoon).
